1. The service

VikalpaGuru provides admission-counselling software accessed through a counselling centre. College predictions and cut-off estimates are guidance only and are not a guarantee of admission.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information; you confirm its accuracy at registration.
Keep your login credentials secure and change your initial password.
Use the platform only for your own legitimate counselling needs.

3. Payments

Counselling and subscription fees are set by your counselling centre. Payments are processed via our payment gateway; refunds (if any) are governed by your centre's policy.

4. Data & privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for admission outcomes or decisions made based on predictions. (Full liability/indemnity wording to be supplied by counsel.)
